PRICING
All prices on our website are in Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT @ 20%.
PAYMENT METHODS
Roy Collins Motorcycle Security accepts the following methods of payment: Credit and Debit cards via Paypal as the Payment Merchant (You do not need a Paypal account just sign in as a guest) or Paypal account.
Your order is only accepted by us once we have taken payment from you.
SHIPPING
All merchandise is shipped either by UK Courier delivery or UK Post Office Signed For delivery. Both methods will require a signature on receipt. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for UK orders. International orders are sent by International Courier.
The Shipping rate for a particular order is selectable on the Shipping page within the shopping cart.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation Rights & Returns
If you live in the United Kingdom, you have a legal right to cancel your order after you have received and inspected the goods.
Should you decide to return the goods you must notify us of cancellation in writing (by post or by email to rcms99@gmail.com) within 14 working days of receipt of the goods. Following cancellation you are under a legal duty to not use the goods, and to take care of them.
You must return the goods to us securely packaged, in the condition in which they were received, at your cost, as soon as possible, with as much of their original packaging and their original paperwork as possible. We will refund to your credit card via Paypal within 7 working days of receiving the goods, the sums paid by you in relation to them and, at our discretion, may pay the postage for returned items.
DAMAGED GOODS
If you should receive an item that is not in perfect condition or was damaged in shipping, please immediately notify us by emailing rcms99@gmail.com
We will refund the cost of the item and delivery postage.
